$29 per visit, fully credited towards your purchase. Buy two pairs and you also get 10% off, three pairs — 15% off.
How many pairs can I try?
Up to three pairs per visit. Each pair counts as one box, and you can mix styles and sizes freely.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. There is no obligation to purchase. If you decide not to keep anything, the $29 service fee is non-refundable.
What happens to the shoes I don't keep?
Your Welora specialist takes them back at the end of the visit. Please try the shoes indoors on a clean surface.
How long does the visit take?
Up to 30 minutes — around 10 minutes per pair. Take the time you need, there is no rush.
Can I try shoes with my own clothes?
That is the whole idea. Try each pair with the outfits you actually wear, in your own light and your own space.
Where is Home Try-On available?
Within 30 km of Cheltenham, Melbourne. Outside that area, leave your email in the booking form and we will reply within 24 hours.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Use the Reschedule / Cancel link in your confirmation email, or simply reply to it and we will take care of it.
