How it works

  1. We deliver

    Up to 3 pairs brought to your door.

  2. You try

    Up to 10 minutes per pair at home, with your Welora specialist nearby.

  3. You decide

    Keep what you love; return the rest.

  4. Fee credited

    Your $29 service fee is fully credited towards any purchase.

  5. No purchase?

    If nothing suits, the service fee is non-refundable.

During your visit

  • Your Welora specialist will stay nearby while you try on your shoes.
  • You'll have up to 30 minutes.
  • Please try shoes indoors on a clean surface.
  • Simply return the pairs you don't love.

Try-On Conditions

Please try shoes indoors on a clean, soft surface. Keep boxes and packaging intact. Pairs showing signs of wear are considered purchased at full price and remain with you.
